Instant Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your MEDCON’26 registration and/or workshop details.

Ticket Format

All tickets and registrations will be provided in digital format. No physical tickets will be shipped.

Access at Venue

Your registration confirmation, ticket, or QR code (if applicable) will serve as your entry pass. Please keep a digital copy accessible on your phone or carry a printed copy to the venue.

Non-Receipt of Email

If you do not receive your registration confirmation within 48 hours of completing your booking, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact the MEDCON’26 support team.

No-Refund Policy

All MEDCON’26 conference registrations and workshop bookings are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed, except where otherwise specifically stated by MEDCON.

No Cancellations

Cancellation requests will generally not be accepted after registration is completed, including cancellations due to changes in plans, travel difficulties, personal circumstances, or other reasons.

No Partial Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for partial attendance, missed sessions, missed workshops, or non-attendance (“no-shows”).

Example

If you register for a workshop but are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you will generally not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Transferable Benefits

Certain workshops, merchandise, certificates, or participant benefits may be non-transferable or subject to additional eligibility requirements.

Rescheduling

If MEDCON’26 or any registered workshop is postponed, the existing registration will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date. Further instructions will be communicated to registered participants.

Cancellation by MEDCON

If the MEDCON team cancels MEDCON’26 entirely and the event is not rescheduled, registered participants will be informed about the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.

Venue Changes

MEDCON reserves the right to change the event venue, schedule, speakers, workshops, or individual sessions when necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes as appropriate.

Force Majeure

MEDCON will not be held responsible for delays, postponements, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, public health emergencies, technical disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Communication

In such situations, the MEDCON team will communicate available options to registered participants as soon as reasonably possible.

Entry Requirements

Entry to MEDCON’26 may be denied if a participant cannot provide valid registration confirmation, identification, or any other documentation required for admission.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for checking the conference dates, venue, schedule, workshop timings, registration category, and other booking details before completing payment.

Final Bookings

Participants should carefully review their registration details before submitting payment, as changes or refunds may not be permitted after registration.

Registration Eligibility

Participants must provide accurate information during registration. MEDCON reserves the right to verify registration details and take appropriate action in cases of inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.
