Terms and Conditions

• Registration is completed only after full payment has been successfully processed.
• Each registration is valid for one participant only and may not be transferred, resold, or shared without prior written approval from the MEDCON Team.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.
• MEDCON'26 reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that contain false, incomplete, or misleading information.

• Registered participants will receive a confirmation email and, where applicable, a digital ticket or QR code for entry.
• Participants must present a valid identification document and/or conference ticket upon request during check-in.
• Admission may be denied to individuals who fail to comply with conference policies or whose registration cannot be verified.

• The conference program, speakers, workshops, schedules, and venue arrangements are subject to change without prior notice.
• While every effort will be made to deliver the published program, MEDCON'26 reserves the right to substitute speakers, modify session schedules, or make necessary adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Workshop participation is subject to availability and may require separate registration.
• Workshop registrations are valid only for the individual participant.
• Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.

• Registered participants may receive access to conference materials, including presentations, handouts, certificates, or other educational resources where applicable.
• Any online educational content provided after the conference will be accessible only for the period specified by the MEDCON Team.
• Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.

• Certificates of Attendance or Participation will be issued only to participants who meet the conference attendance requirements.
• Certificates are intended solely for the registered participant and may not be transferred or reproduced.

Participants are expected to:

• Treat speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, organizers, and fellow attendees with professionalism and respect.
• Follow all venue rules, health and safety regulations, and instructions provided by conference staff.
• Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
• Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of speakers and presenters.
• MEDCON'26 reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate without refund.

• Photography, videography, and audio recording may take place throughout the conference.
• By attending MEDCON'26, participants grant permission for their image, voice, or likeness to be captured and used by GIMSOC for promotional, educational, and archival purposes without additional compensation.
• Participants wishing to opt out should notify the organizing committee before the event

• All conference presentations, lectures, slides, educational materials, branding, logos, recordings, and other content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and/or GIMSOC.
• Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit conference content without prior written permission.

• Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all promotional materials comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• MEDCON'26 reserves the right to reject or remove any promotional material or exhibition that conflicts with the conference's values or policies

• Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• If MEDCON'26 is cancelled by the organizing committee, registered participants will be offered either:
• a full refund,
• or transfer of their registration to a future conference, where applicable.

• Refund requests resulting from participant inability to attend due to personal circumstances will be considered only in accordance with the official Refund Policy.

• Participation in MEDCON'26 is voluntary.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIMSOC, its organizing committee, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, theft, damage to personal property, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the conference.
